Not only did Tech Lead Dylan Greiner enjoy significant improvements in his team’s operations and software quality, but he learned and implemented valuable systems that he could apply to his own personal growth. As a consequence, he has experienced a significant work transformation that translated into a greater work-life balance.
Even though Emilia found success throughout here career, she questioned whether the “just work harder, put in more hours, and turn out more code” method to meet deadlines was sustainable. She did find a better way to meet and beat her commitments while improving her quality at the same time.
As Seemin moved up from team lead to the head of her department, she desired better control over the “overwhelm” she experienced.
